    Description

    An octel based timer bought with inventory from a machine shop. Was told that this was for a shop built Rotary Phase Converter, to allow a small ac motor to turn a larger 3-phase motor (used as a generator), to come up to speed before pulling in the contactors.
    This is all I know about it. I have no way to test, but believe it to work.
