This is a NOS (new old stock) Yokohama Y-611 Tire, Knobby. Size: 2.75-16. It is nylon with a 4 ply rating.  Tire can be used for front or rear application.  It is in good condition.
These
NOS tires are a little flat from storage, but are fine once inflated.

This tire has been stored in an environmentally controlled warehouse for several years. It has been sitting on a shelf, a little dusty and dirty but no dry rotting or cracks.  Great for that restoration project bike. Please see photos for details.
