    Description

    Up for sale are 8 different vintage luggage labels. Some of these date back to the 1940s, several appear to be from the 1950s (?). Seven are from hotels - Hotel Patrick Henry in Roanoke Virginia; Hotel Croydon in Chicago; The Copley Plaza in Boston; Hotel Bauer-Grunwald in Venice Italy; Trocadero Hotel in Bangkok Siam/Thailand; Dawson's Hotel in Johannesburg South Africa; and The Edward in Durban South Africa. The 8th label is from Colorado Springs / Manitou Springs. The South Africa and Siam labels are larger, measuring 6" across.Some of the labels are shiny silver color, so the photos here show light reflected from them (my not-so-good photography skills at work, ugh). All of the labels are unused, in overall very good condition. Note the Venice label has a very small tear on one border. Shipping is FREE to addresses in the US.
