Payment must be made within 11 days. eBay's automatic system will cancel the order after 11 days and the buyer will have an unpaid bad record on eBay's system.
If an order is lost in shipment, we will refund only, no replacement. All returns will be accepted within 30 days, buyer pays for return shipping with tracking number.
